PERSONAL: Born Chicago 1929. Married, St. Louis 1951; 3 Children, 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren

EDUCATION: Ph.D (E.E.) 1961, U. of Maryland. Thesis: Linear Antenna Array Synthesis; M.S. (E.E.) 1953, U. of Maryland, Thesis: A Method of Making A Radar Self-Calibrating; B.S.E.E.(with honors) 1951, U. of Illinois; Management Course (4 weeks), American Management Associiation. Numerous technical and management courses, 3-14 days duration.

COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE:
2010 TO Present: Co-Founder, Palm Beach County Tea Party
1983 TO 1996: Treasurer of two condominium associations

EMPLOYMENT:

March, 1998-present: Retired.

1951-1998: Twenty four years in industry and twenty three years in the United States Government in a variety of management, technical and consulting roles supporting communications, radar and instrument systems.
   Industry work included advanced studies, design, development and production monitoring of systems delivered to the government. Industry employers included MRJ Inc., Fairfax, VA; Geotronics, Ing., Falls Church, VA; Aiken Industries and predecessors Aero Geo Astor Corp./Keltec Industries, College Park, MD and Alexandria, VA; Electromagnetic Research Corp., College Park, MD; and Litton Industries and predecessor Maryland Electronic Manufacturing Co., College Park, MD. .
   Government work included requirements and system concept studies, technology development, design review, performance verification and resource acquisition in support of systems acquisition. Government employers included NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, MD; and Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, DC.
   Military service includes 2 years as Instructor, Electronics School, Ft. Sill, OK. Prepared radar course, assisted in initiation and designed radar target simulator.
